- Returns Policy
We accept eligible return requests for 30 days from the date of delivery.
In order for us to process a return request your Kubb game set must:
-Be new unused and unplayed
-Include all pieces: game kubbs king batons and any other pieces included with your game set.
-Include all of its original packaging and accessories.
-Be accompanied with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
If you would like to return your product contact us first. Returns sent without our prior knowledge can delay the processing of your return and can even be rejected.
- Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect Items
We are very sorry if you receive a damaged Kubb game set or if there are missing game pieces. Also if you receive a game set with a defect or if it’s not the game set that you ordered we are very sorry and we’d like to help resolve the issue for you.
In order for us to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible please provide us your order number and the issue you are having with your game set.
Photographs or videos of the product(s) received showing the following issues if present:
Missing pieces or the affected product(s)
Damage incurred during shipping
Photographs of the outer packaging if the shipping package appears to have been damaged during transit.
After reviewing your return request we will collaborate with you to find an equitable resolution if any which may include a product replacement component replacement or refund.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Game sets that have been used played with stored or exposed outdoors to conditions that may cause damage.
Items that have missing pieces or accessories or do not have their original packaging.
Items that have been damaged by misuse or ordinary wear and tear including but not limited to improper storage or modification or customization/personalization.
Items that have been marked as final sale if permitted by law.
Exclusions described above do not limit your rights under consumer protection laws where a product is defective or does not conform to its description.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
In order to begin a return process you must contact our support team and provide your order number.
Once we approve your return request we will provide you with the return address instructions on how to return the product and instructions on how to ship the product (if applicable).
Step 3: Package your item. Securely package the Kubb game set along with all the game components and game accessories. We suggest that you pack the wooden pieces to avoid damage during shipping.
Step 4: Ship the item. Send us the authorized return using the instructions provided. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the process is completed.
Kubb game sets will not be received for processing if return authorization has not first been provided.
- Return Shipping Costs
Kubbgameset.com will determine an appropriate return-shipping arrangement if the refund is for a product defect or other error on our part.
If a change of heart is the reason for return the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds may not be available for change of heart returns particularly for shipping costs unless otherwise mandated by law. Any conditions for refunds will be provided during the return process.
- Refund Processing
Our team will review your return to confirm it meets the requirements for return.
If approved a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be credited to your account though it may take longer to be credited depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If a refund cannot be approved we will let you know the reason and offer other options if available.
- Exchanges and Replacements
For damage or defects with your Kubb game set or order fulfillment issues please contact us so we can address the issue without the necessity of a return. Depending on the situation we may offer a replacement product replacement components or other alternative solutions.
Exchanges based on preference including a change of mind are dependent on available stock and our return eligibility.
- Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order contact us as quickly as possible. We may be able to cancel your order before processing if we have not already shipped your order.
If an order has been shipped it may not be possible to cancel it directly. In this case you may be able to return it under this policy in accordance with the law.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the time frame for delivery contact us with your order details. We will review the delivery service’s available tracking information and help to investigate the shipment.
If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered we will work with you to reach a resolution in accordance with our shipping terms and the applicable law.
